License Term

A 12 month User license enables each user unlimited access to return to the modules to reinforce learning or when encountering a specific issue in their workplace. Remember the modules are very content rich and will require more than a quick read. The more you use the content, the more proficient you will become and you will be able to think within the subject matter and apply the knowledge to any organisational issue you have in your workplace.

Intellectual Property

The information, templates and structure contained within the Foundation WORKS program is the Intellectual Property of OurWorkplace (Our IP) A 12 month User license entitles you to receive and to use Our IP for your personal use only. For clarity, no such rights are given to use this information for the benefit of any organisation including your employer, or any other 3rd party.

The Phase 2 Implementation WORKS grants the rights for an organisation to use Our IP. This includes an organisation wide low cost once-only fee for an enduring license. Refer to our Products & Services tab for more information.
